Digital Products
For all digital products (online courses, e-books, and digital downloads):
- Delivery method: Instant digital delivery via email
- Delivery time: Immediately after payment confirmation
- You will receive an email with download links or access instructions
- Download links are valid for 30 days with up to 3 downloads per purchase
- No physical shipping is required for digital products
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email within 15 minutes
Physical Products
For physical products (books and printed materials):
- Shipping within Bulgaria only
- Delivery method: Courier service (Speedy, Econt, or Bulgarian Post)
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch
- Shipping cost: €4.99 - €5.99 (calculated at checkout)
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Bulgarian national holidays)
- Digital products: Instant delivery
- Physical products: Shipped within 1-2 business days
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery:

- Physical products: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery for assistance
