Digital Products (Online Courses, E-books, Digital Downloads)

Because digital products are nonreturnable, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the content.

No refunds after download or access
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at light.griffin@yahoo.com within 48 hours of purchase
We will work with you to resolve technical issues or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind or are dissatisfied with the content after accessing it

Physical Products (Books, Printed Materials)

You may return physical products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if:

The product is in its original condition, unused and undamaged
The product is in its original packaging
You provide proof of purchase

How to Request a Return:

Contact us at light.griffin@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions
Ship the item back to us at your own expense
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
Shipping costs are non-refundable
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
